But sometimes we have to brace the storms. Put on your boots, your jackets and ten pairs of socks and run free! The other day, when coming home from the pumpkin patch, the ocean waves were berserk. We had to pull over and take a closer look. It was like The Little Mermaid, but without mermaids or talking fish.

PASSING THE STORM
If you live on Vancouver Island, you'd know we've had the most amazing stormy weather lately. Dark and cloudy skies, rain the size of golf balls and wind so strong and can hardly find it within yourself to walk straight! Kinda makes you wanna stay inside relax by the fire with a good book and a hot cup of tea with the soft subtle rhythms of jazz floating in the background - and yes, it would be Lady Gaga Jazz! I just can't help myself!
